Return Policy

Returns 

The return process must begin within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same package and in the same condition that it shipped. We are not responsible for any late or damaged shipments. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If 30 days have past, please review our warranty policy to determine if replacement parts or exchanges are available within that coverage. 

To complete your return, forward a copy of your order confirmation email to customercare@thepondboss.net and denotate the item and reason for your return request.  

Defective Products and Returns Due to Our Error 

In the event of a manufacturer defect, a replacement part may be sent, or the item may need to be returned. See the refund section for processing details. 

In the event you receive a product you did not order; we will cover the shipping costs for the item to be returned and the correct item to be shipped. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days (or longer depending on your bank). 

Reasons a refund may be denied:  

  • Item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts 
  • Item is received 30 days past the delivery date 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for the circumstances listed in the Defective Products and Returns Due to Our Error section of this policy)Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
